There are showers and restrooms on site. 

We welcome your furry friends!  If they are outside your rig, they must be leashed at all times. Please pick up after your pets. 

Absolutely!  This is a family centered event after all! 

We will have dumpsters on site.  Please break down all trash to make it as small as possible, especially boxes!

There will be no early arrival for this event.  There are two options for late departure.  You can extend your stay to depart on Monday for an additional $130 for a full hook up site or $90 for a dry camping site OR you can extend your stay to depart on Tuesday for an additional $170 for a full hook up site or $120 for a dry camping site.

Hook Sites: The majority of spaces available for this event are designated W/E hook up sites.

Dry Camping Sites: We have a limited number of dry sites available. There will be no hook ups of any kind available at these sites.  Dry camping sites are approximately 25ft x 50ft.

Only one RV/ camping vehicle per site.  Everything must fit with in your designated space.  If you don’t believe you will fit it one site, you should consider purchasing a second site. 

For this event, we will allow attendees parking in the full hook-up section to request to be parked next to someone specific (as long as they are also registered for a full hook up site).  While we will do our best to honor your request, we cannot make any guarantees.  Dry camp sites will be first come, first served.

If you register for a hook-up site, you will have water available.  There is a dump and water station available on site.  HOWEVER, we ask that you arrive with your black tank empty and your water tank full and utilize your best conservation efforts during the event.

Cell phone signal is strong for all major carriers.  Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile all have at least 4G coverage. 

We will do our best to secure a mailing address for attendees to use during this convergence.  The address will be provided to all registered attendees about a week before the event.

During this event, we are organizing a young entrepreneurs market. This is a great place for the kids and teens to market and sell items and services directly to the community.  Outside of the organized market, we ask that attendees do not sell. The main reasons for you to attend a convergence should be to have fun and meet other like-minded RVers.  Networking and making potential business leads is a natural result of being part of an awesome community.  We don’t want the Xscapers community to be bombarded or feel like they are a commodity. If the main reason you are wanting to attend an Xscapers event is to sell something, market to attendees, or simply to generate content we would ask that you contact us directly for corporate sponsorship.

If we must cancel the event, or your attendance at the event, due to local health department restrictions, such as those restricting the size of gatherings, you will receive a full refund of your registration fees.

Cancellation Fees:

If you cancel 60+ days prior to the event: A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from your full refund. (Refund requests must be in writing by 11:59 PM CDT, June 27th, 2022.)

If you cancel 59 – 30 days prior to the event: You will receive a 50% refund of your registration fee. (Refund requests must be in writing by 11:59 PM CDT, July 27th, 2022)

If you cancel within 30 days of the event: No refund will be issued.

We only accept credit or debit card payment for Convergence registration. All refunds will be credited to the card used at time of registration. No cash refunds.

To receive any kind of refund, cancellation requests must be in writing (registration@escapees.com) by 11:59 PM CST, July 27th, 2022. No refunds will be given after July 27th, 2022.
